Erica McKenzie, Registered Nurse and near death experiencer from Overland Park, Kansas, found she had to take control of her own health care regime after dying and being sent back. Before she could do what she was meant to do, she needed to learn her own body’s blueprint and work within its unique frame work. After years of abusing her body she was truly able to heal.
Working with body, mind and spirit, she now finds herself living a more balanced life and says she’s experiencing vibrant health for the first time in many years. As a self advocate for her own health on all levels, she’s learned what it takes to work with traditional medicine, alternative medicine and spiritual practices to heal.
With this knowledge, her goal is to help others do the same. By recognizing the unique blueprint in each of us, she helps others find their own balance of body, mind and spirit. Each of us need to take responsibility for ourselves and choose the practices in each of these areas to achieve a vibrant life.
